Yoga for Swimmers

Yoga for swimmers event with Jo Woolley Yoga

Learn some yoga moves to help and improve your swimming at this free event!

Jo will lead you through a series of yoga postures that are especially beneficial to swimmers. With regular practice, the right style of Yoga can improve body posture (and thus body position in the water) and increase the range of motion throughout the body, including shoulders, back, torso, hip flexors, hamstrings and ankles.

The practice will focus on some of the muscles that are commonly tight in swimmers.
