The Southern Lakes Swimming Club run a pool-based masters swimming squad in Queenstown called the Legend Masters.
Pool training is a fantastic opportunity for open water swimmers to improve their technique, speed and endurance in a safe (and warm) environment.
We swim together twice a week at Alpine Aqualand in Frankton, Queenstown, under the guidance of Richie Lambert, a professional coach and highly experienced open water swimmer.
